Dallard Building LTD is a Southland based company established in 2013. When you build or renovate with Dallard Building you work directly with the owner Todd Dallard. Todd is a licenced building practioner and a registered master builder with 15 years of experience working in all aspects of residential building. As an owner-operator business you know you will get a personal service and you will be dealing with the person who will actually be building or renovating your home. Your building project is our advertisement. We take pride in every job we do, whether big or small, and love knowing that we are creating beautiful buildings that will bring pleasure to the owners for many, many years.
