Description
Allan Agricultural Consulting Ltd was established in 2008 by Wayne Allan, after gaining unique experience with New Zealand's largest corporate farmer, Landcorp Farming Ltd. As a Senior Manager in Operations he was a key driver in improving farm systems and in optimising available synergies from a portfolio of properties.
Wayne has been integral in putting in place systems that grow farm businesses and in implementing risk management strategies that provide more robust farming businesses. He is experienced in establishing monitoring and other systems that ensure the required disciplines are in place for a sustainable business.
Although the business is based in Christchurch, and has a significant number of local clients, existing clients are located as far afield as Southland, Central Otago and Tasman.
