This Giveaway Campaign is open only to those who nominate at https://ruralhq.co.nz/uniforms-for-schools/ and who are at least 16 years old as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to all legal residents of New Zealand, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of GrowthRocks, Viral-loops and RuralHQ, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Schools eligible to be nominated are listed in the file attached to these Terms & Conditions as Appendix 1. The list has been created using the data available from Education Counts (https://www.educationcounts.govt.nz/data-services/directories/list-of-nz-schools) limiting the list based on the ‘Urban Area’ column in the data set to ‘Rural Area’. We realise this list may not encompass all possible interpretations of a ‘rural’ school, and therefore some schools which may have a large rural presence in their cohort will not be on this list. Unfortunately, we needed to create a defined list for the purposes of this promotion, and this was the fairest way by which we could do so.
